First and foremost thing is the neatness and the friendly environment. The staf is extremely helpful, cooperative and the best. Rooms are best and secure. Highly recommend!!

Subject: Urgent: Hotel Overcharge and Booking number Not Recognized Dear Booking.com Support Team, I am writing regarding my recent booking at Hotel Grand Pakeeza for reservation number (5588649501) When I arrived, the hotel staff informed me that there was no booking under my reservation number or my name. They assigned me a different room and charged me PKR 5,000 instead of the confirmed PKR 4,000. I request your urgent assistance to: 1. Investigate why the hotel did not honor my confirmed booking. 2. Ensure a refund of the PKR 1,000 overcharge. I look forward to your prompt resolution.

Location of hotel was excellent. It was clean and nicely built. Service was real quick and prices were reasonable.

They turned off my AC breaker from 4pm - 8pm saying that those were electricity peak hours, without any prior notification and commitment. It looked really bad and their action was way below the belt. The room charges were for whole one day, no matter the person uses AC all the time or not. I paid 500 extra rupees and kept my AC on for whole time. That’s quite unfair with customers.
