Heavily under staffed. Waited for 4 extra hours for laundry folks to deliver my package, they finally did it at 11pm. Waited for 2+ hours for body lotion. This is with multiple reminder calls. Not sure what would be their response time if I did not make those calls.
Schöne Anlage, leider wurde der grosse Pool umgebaut, was nirgends erwähnt wurde. Sehr schöne Lodges.
