NLThe manager speaks good English and makes jokes in Dutch. He knows a lot about the area and will surely make your stay memorable. He invited me to eat with his family. The view from the hostel is AMAZING. The mattresses are comfortable, the rooms are clean.
Its a bit more out of town than some other places. I stayed in Ende 3 times before but this is the place I'd come back to.
