The equipment was old and in poor condition. Despite a decent overall appearance, several key features were non-functional. The jacuzzi had broken backrests, and all of the air conditioners were leaking. We even had a leak from one as soon as we arrived. Additionally, there wasn't enough dinnerware for 8 people

Perfect location, plenty of space & facilities, especially the hot tub.

Very spacious and good location. Great facilities in the the kitchen with lots of utensils. Bonus of hot tub on roof with a shaded area if needed.

Third bedroom was small, with just a small cabinet and wardrobe, may be better to have one bed and a small table, also a lamp would be good. Bathroom by that bedroom need drain looked at as floor got so wet and was dangerous. Host was going to look at it, so this is not a critisism. Cock roachers came out on roof after a bbq.

The house was a traditional Maltese house in a perfect location. Lots to see and do in surrounding areas. I am half Maltese and was returning with my adult children in order for them to experience the true Malta, and there was plenty of space for us all. Very clean and very comfortable. Thank you to the host Lucas.

The bathroom tiles could be a bit slippery when wet. It might be an idea to provide non slip bath mats.

Beautiful house, lots of character and plenty of good spaces for groups. Bedrooms are well sized, nicely decorated and comfortable. Roof terrace space is great and so good for a group barbecue. The location in Sliema is lovely, close to everything with a couple of bars nearby, but quiet enough to feel part of authentic Malta and not a tourist spot. Lucas was a fab host and so good at communicating.

There are only a few small, very fixable touches stopping this being a 10.

Huge property in a perfect location and with everything our group of 7 needed, the terrace was our favourite spot. Lucas’ communication was excellent, really helpful.

The house was exceptional, beautifully decorated and with every amenity to hand. An elegant entry way greets you on arrival leading to a modern kitchen with a table big enough for 8, a small seating area and a quaint outside space. The big bonus however is the fabulous rooftop terrace with hot tub, barbque, loungers and another large dining table Lucas couldn't have been more helpful. When we arrived the electricity was out but he came within minutes. The fault was on the street but he was able to assure us that power would be restored quickly and it was.

Absolutely nothing

The property was excellent and met our expectations 100%! Great location in a nice neighborhood, close to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The owner was very friendly and helpful, providing us with plenty of information about must-see places in Malta. He also gave useful tips about nearby amenities, such as the closest shop. Highly recommended!
