Very helpful and nice staff, good breakfast (thanks to the wonderful lady cook), room, wifi, rates, restaurants and supermarket nearby.

The Staff very nice and helpful. The building is new, clean and in comfortable location for walking around Urgench, bit also in a quiet area. The breakfast is very nice, and mixed!!!

Would have liked a bit more darkness in the room at night

Comfortable room,all you need is inside.The beds are a bit firm though.When we checked out,there was a little English spoken and she could arrange a taxi to the airport in the early morning for us,much appreciated!

There are not much options to eat in the surrounding neighbourhood.

I liked a lot staying in the property and kalandarov akrom was a very kind decent and respectful person and I wish a good luck to all the staff working out there. Short or long stay both will be wonderful. Will wish to visit and stay again....

I didn't like is not related to the property that the washrooms does provide water for toilets to clean oneself and this issue is all over some countries like Georgia, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very clean and comfy bed. Good location with an excellent restaurant across the road and the free airport shuttle was a bonus

This is a modern hotel and very nice. The staff were wonderful and some spoke English which helped me a lot.

Room was a little small and I was glad I wasn't sharing. There was no room for 2 suitcases.

This is a great hotel! The room was very modern and elegant, with a really comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly (especially Mardona) and there is nice breakfast.
