L’emplacement et la vue imprenable sur le lac L’espace piscine est magnifique et très agréable L’aménagement et la décoration de l’hôtel a été fait avec beaucoup de goût, les meubles sont magnifiques. Le très bon petit-déjeuner servi sur la terrasse avec une petite musique de fond

Les messages un peu trop insistants du personnel en amont de notre venue (beaucoup de règles, il faut tout choisir 48h à l’avance jusqu’à l’heure exacte de son dîner…) Le repas du soir n’était pas mauvais (même si les crevettes du curry thaï étaient des crevettes congelées) mais il a été servi dans une salle vide et sans musique, sans nous proposer de boissons. Les plats sont arrivés avec du film plastique par-dessus nos assiettes. L’expérience n’était pas top…

The atmosphere was superb. Very homey and beds comfortable. Bathrooms also very clean.

The resort should have given us a heads up regarding the staircase from the parking to the house. The pool wasn’t heated. We ordered our breakfast at 8 am, they served it at 9:30.

Some rooms are more ‘senior-friendly’ than others. I suggest that the rooms have descriptions if it’ll require guests to walk up or down steep steps. So thanks to the staff for moving my senior parents to the room near the pool so they wouldn’t have to walk through so many stairs.

The hotel is located uphill facing the amazing view of Taal Lake/volcano. The place itself looks relaxing already. The masseuse was really good. She gave a therapeutic massage on me and my daughter that was very refreshing. Woke up the next day feeling good. The mattress is soft as well.

We chose the kubo suite so it’s an outdoor thing so naturally, there were insects like cicadas and cricket that flew. My daughter and I were so scared but it’s natural. So if you’re not afraid of these, go ahead. But best to check other suites since the balcony is covered. Some parts of the room are not clean. Dusty. Probably because of the outdoor balcony.

Beautiful grounds. Peaceful and quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was very relaxing
