El estudio precioso...con todo lo necesario para pasar lindos dias de playa en este mar increible que amo visitar cada tanto....hasta sillas y sombrillas teniamos ... la ubicacion excelente...el personal muy amable...y un precioso solarium en la terraza con vista al mar...Recomendable 100 %

Close to 5th Ave where all the shops and restaurants are. Nice to have a rooftop pool and great to have a gym.

Underground parking was small and tight. Had to notify concierge to open the parking gates every time I had to enter and exit as there is no fob remote system. Power went off a few times.

An amazing experience at this condo. First, I’d like to applaud the outstanding level of communication from the hosts Emilio and Alan. Emilio is never far from the property and responds to inquiries within minutes. The studio condo is huge, new, very well furnished, and although on the first level, it is not ground level. Although located on a busy street the condo is located on the back of the building and hardly any noise at night. The king size bed is very comfortable with lots of extra pillows and blankets if needed. AC and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The rooftop pool was amazing and had a great view of the city and the ocean. There was lots of storage for clothing. The washroom was a nice size with a big shower and good water pressure and temperature. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils needed and lots of pots and pans, blender, kettle and coffee pot as well as some basic essentials. The condo is just a few meters from 5th avenue where you will fine dozens of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. You are a few minutes walk from the beach and a huge supermarket. The balcony is very private and great space to just chill. I enjoyed everything about this condo and looking forward to a return visit. Thanks for a great stay.

We were fortunate to have a very quiet room in the building!! Excellent rooftop pool!
