"Weird staff. Soulless yuppie franchise."

The beds are soft. The area is really high-end. Yuppies will feel comfortable here. Not real kyiv.

Staff couldn't help me book a train ticket. Staff couldn't help me with first aid after I was bitten by a dog---even though there was a cabinet full of first aid supplies near reception. Other hostels have more character. This is just a high-end plastic business to yield profit. They probably don't even pay their employees well.

The location was great close to some stores and a few restaurants. Beds are comfortable, privacy curtains, restaurant downstairs.

Great location of the hostel, right there is a very good cafe and the neighbourhood is my favourite in Kyiv. Also the capsule rooms are spacious and having everything you might need. People working there are very nice and always ready to help.
