"Mostly good just a few tweeks needed"

Stayed 5 nights for work, odd location but actually pretty quiet. Nice little balcony over looking just trees. It says the barrier opens at 8 am which wouldnt of helped me but actually opens between 6 am and 7 am Bed was fine and bedding/towels all good. 3 things that would of made it spot on... 1 no microwave, maybe due to lack of space but would of been handy. 2 the sofa was like rock solid, very very hard, i used spare pillows to soften that experience. 3 the TV is rubbish no smartness there, these are very cheap now so why not spend £100 on a smart one so we can use our apps or casting. Other than that all good

Great value for money! Very central didnt take us long to drive to any of the beachs or town center spot's. Super markets in walking distance. Lunch spots on site. Couldnt fault this perfect little Gem! Very clever and perfect spot. My only recommendation would be to have a full size mirror available, would go down a treat with the ladies, and possibly a bring your pet option. After seeing how pet friendly cornwall is, we was gutted we left our doy with our sitter. Would highly recommend this place and cant wait to come back not only Newquay but the dry docks again!

Had a great stay however was told we would have a smart TV but was a basic tv with no internet connection to it. The place was full of spiders and cobwebs. But had all amenities needed
