Good location and very attentive hosts.

Fantastic location, and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was cleaned every day which was appreciated. The hotel itself felt very secure as the door was subtle and blended in well with the environment. Having a fridge and kitchenette was helpful for cheaper breakfasts and not having to eat out all the time.

Communication from the hotel was really poor. Despite letting the hotel staff know in advance that we would be arriving very early in the morning, we were not sent the code to enter the external door in advance and our eSIM cards were not working properly yet. The only reason we were able to get in contact with the hotel manager was because our driver kindly rang the number and we were finally able to get some information. International travellers arriving by taxi would be stranded with no way of getting in touch. The wifi code was also not provided by default and it took 3+ tries for the manager to send us the correct code, once again meaning that international travellers would have no way of contacting the hotel manager (or anyone else for that matter). It's a bit strange that a full kitchen (including stove) is included but no pots or pans or baking trays, as a result we were not able to use it at all, despite booking the hotel partially because it claimed to have these facilities available. We would have also appreciated some bedside table lamps for reading, and we saw that some rooms were provided with fans/air conditioning units but we were not. These were needed because the windows in our room were really small and thus provided minimal light/airflow. The lock on our hotel room door also felt rather flimsy. The safe was also too small to store items such as laptops. A fundamental issue was the toilet - considering it is shared between the rooms (fine) it blocks very easily (to the point of getting unusable, thus denying toilet access to guests). Having a bin with no big bag for soiled toilet paper next to the toilet was also unhygienic.

The location was excellent. Gaspar was very attentive and accommodating. Overall an excellent experience. Will definitely recommend.
