La ubicación, el fácil acceso y la cocina en el espacio común.

Que el baño fuera parte de la habitación sin una puerta que lo separara del cuarto. La regadera estaba muy bonita, pero no estaba bien sellada y se salía el agua

Good location in Polanco and good price for the area.

The place feels a bit like a hostel with private rooms instead of dorms, because you enter the room from a common area with a kitchen. Thankfully, there wasn't anyone using it during our stay; otherwise, the noise would be hard to bear, as there is hardly any sound isolation, and the doors separating you from the common area are made of the thinnest cardboard possible. Earplugs recommended.
