"Place closed down; we had to drive back home in the dark through construction on highway."

When we arrived, the place was locked down and not in operation. We were stiffed. We had booked and paid through booking.com and lost our money and had no lodging.

The entire experience was a horror. No place to stay. No reimbursement. No help from booking.com
