The smell in 1room was as there was left spilled long stayed milk or egg. There was a musty smell in the bathroom. The kettle was covered in limescale. The TV is good, but in order to connect to some apps, they needed to be updated, and to update them, you need to connect to an Android account. I think this should be taken care of the host.
