The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for my one night stay. The location was great with easy access to Brighton on the bus from the bus stop opposite the property. Belinda was a great host.

Spotlessly clean, warm and cosy

Slight problem with bathroom door, could only open from outside.

Very clean and quiet. Perfect for an overnight stay off the Dieppe-Newhaven ferry.

Nothing to do with accommodation but difficult to find house number in the pouring rain and pitch dark.

Belinda was an excellent, friendly and helpful host. The property was cosy and was a great base to explore nearby Brighton. The bed was super comfy and it was nice to have a kettle, toaster and microwave in the kitchenette. Would happily stay there again

A repeat stay because we had such a good experience last time. Belinda is lovely, welcoming, and helpful, and even the family cat got into the hosting and greeted me for some pets when I arrived which was a brilliant bonus! A nice firm bed with really soft sheets, everything very clean and tidy, and nice thoughtful finishing touches. Really convenient location and great to be able to park on the drive. Thanks for having me!
