GBPortpatrick is beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was made to order and excellent. Every member of staff had a smile on their face and were eager to assist with any requests.

Pre ordering breakfast. I don't like to pre order breakfast the night before. We ended up not going for breakfast but were told they should be charging for it( which is fair enough) but we would like the option

Never a 4-star hotel, it’s actually bewildering how they’ve managed to get that rating. I’ve stayed in MUCH better 3 star hotels. Rooms were filthy, One member of staff ruined the whole stay, male receptionist who I’m assuming is also some sort of manager, was completely useless and unprofessional. Never experienced such poor service in any hotel I’ve stayed at before including hostels. My partner and I were there for two hours and already wanted to just leave and go home. We felt so unwelcome. Beyond furious with the experience! Do yourselves a favour and stay at any other hotel in the area, you will save money and have a much better experience. This place is not worthy of any custom.
