"駅のアクセスが楽なら、気軽に何度でも利用したい。"

静岡駅から徒歩はかなり遠く、帰りはバス利用で不運にも遅延&混雑に遭遇し不便を感じたが、用意されたバスのアクセス説明が助かった。リーズナブルなのが一番。施設は小降りで静か、レトロな感じがとても良かった。Wi-Fiあり、コンビニが向かいで便利。

"レトロで抜群の雰囲気！静岡で宿泊するならここ！"

急遽探して安かったホテルを予約したが、ロケーション・雰囲気が最高で、グッズなどもかわいく、それでいてやすかったので、また是非泊まりたいと感じた。

鍵をキーボックスへ返却する際、キーホルダーをかざしても反応せず、他のお客様も同様に困っていた。 たまたま電話がつながり、対応して頂けたが、鍵の返却システムについては、改善してもらえるとより安心して利用できると感じた。

私比神奈川から来たおじの代役でスマホから予約しましたが、夜中に目覚めて、チェックインもスマホからとのことで、おじが、スムーズに気持ちよく過ごせたか、心配になりました。なので、ホテルに電話を2回いれましたが、返事はありませんでした。チェックインも無人なようです。
