The front desk staff was awful! They were so rude, wouldn’t let me finish talking, kept interrupting me while I was talking. I called the day before we left for vacation about the beach construction, to see if it’s going on. They said, “ No, it’s already been done here.” I get there and the beach is closed for construction for our entire trip.

The room smelled like smoke and weed. All towels, blankets, and sheets were stained. There was a nail sticking through the carpet, they were supposed to come to the room and fix it when we left for the day, the issue wasn’t fixed even though the location was marked by a towel and that towel was moved by them later.

The balcony ,beach front most of the staff was nice some a lil not so friendly.overall it was alright.

I didnt like the pool being so small for so many,the inside pool water looked not so appealing. Overall satisfied thanks
