Arrogant staff, no room service, no food nothing is available , lot of noise at night, worst facilities

Location is spot on. If someone wants to have a busy night street the hotel is placed amazingly. Sethi namkeens and jain bhojnalay one of the most popular food Joint are around the corner. Jyotirling tenple is almost 800meters from Gate 4

The windows had broken latches due to which sound was penetrating in night although it was good night sleep due to the cold climate. If someone would not able to sleep in sound then they may face difficulty

The room is not at all how it looks in pictures, it’s disgusting and the is no facility for hot water in shower, they just keep telling they are fixing the hot water problem when you just go to stay for a day. The temple is good 10/15 mins away, the bed and pillow is very dirty

The staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay warm and welcoming. The hotel was clean and comfortable, creating a memorable experience.
