The best thing is location of the property as it is located on the mall road where all the food, shopping and tourist attractions are just minutes walk away. The facility is a family hotel where no couples or dates are allowed. The location is a bit inside the street, hence, make it less noisy and comfortable to stay. Staff is helpful and respecting, breakfast provided was soo good even though basic and not so lavish. Overall a good place to stay with family or solo in the heart of the city.

Maintainence is required of few things including repairs of exhaust fans, sockets, broken t.v remote, hot water supply equipment, t.v and taps. Still a good experience.

It's not on front of mall road yet Location is good. Selected Rooms and washroom sizes were good.

Service is slow, complimentary breakfast is very limited and receptionist was tricky and not so polite.
