The staff cooperation

A well kept hotel with clean facilities and local ameneties. Comfortable beds good air con, ahower facilities and an excellent breakfast buffet. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. The location is excellent with good transport links and food places nearby.

Everything was good.

I am 59 years old female with artheritis ,a teacher by Profession. I stayed there with my daughter who is a doctor. The hotel initially booked for 4 nights then it was changed to one and I told them I shall extend if I am happy with their services. Location, General Ambiance, Neat corridors. Good AC.

I had made a call before reaching hotel to keep the room ready .The muslim shower in the washroom was not working properly. They changed my room and shifted me in the other where flush tank wasnt working. They wanted us to get it repaired while we still are in the room. However we had to go out and didnt want to supervise plumber work on their behalf.When we came back we were told to shift back to first room after getting Muslim shower repair. However being both females we needed it to be done before shifting. Finally we shifted back when work was done. Starting from 4.0 a.m there were three episodes of some argument between a guest and staff, to 7 a.m. The owner should get proper check and maintenance of rooms. He should spend some money on staff training. Also the water they are providing is filtered water, not bottled. There is no buffet breakfast. They only supply a paratha with one plate of Chanay + aaloo ki bhujia + one cup of tea. The tast was blande . When I asked for omellete they said I need to pay additional. The staff insisted that the provided nashta with no other option is 'The Buffet". The hotel is average with average services, however all responsibility lies on the owner. The staff cannot satisfy the guests without enough resources.They were polite but looked helpless and worried and frustrated. I would like booking.com to verify the ameneties of hotels before advertising them ,on their app. My overall experience was not so good and that was mostly because of lack of facilities provided by hotel owner. The staff can only work better if they are provided, by owners what they require to keep the guests happy. They definitely can't spend their own money on guests. I need owner himself to respond on my review.

The hotel is located at Mall Road, and many tourist attractions, government offices, and food outlets are at a walking distance. The hotel and rooms were neat and clean. AC was working perfectly. The staff was very cooperative. Indeed, it is worth staying and value for money to live in such a hotel.
