Oh, what incredible hosts! They welcomed us as if we were part of their family. Kuya Efren, his wife, and Nikki were truly wonderful hosts. They were always there whenever we needed anything. They went above and beyond to accommodate us—especially me. When I asked for a table to do my makeup or computer work because there wasn’t one in our room, he didn’t hesitate and got one for me right away. That level of care meant so much. Breakfast was served every morning, which was a huge blessing. Since the place is not close to restaurants or downtown, their decision to provide breakfast for every guest was a thoughtful touch. It saved us from having to search for food early in the morning, and we really appreciated that convenience. Coffee was always available, and the refrigerator was stocked with a variety of drinks. You simply leave your payment on the counter, as the prices are clearly listed on the fridge—very easy and convenient. The hot showers were reliable, and the balcony was definitely a highlight. It’s spacious enough to dance, meditate, or do yoga while enjoying the fresh air. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay. We loved it and would absolutely come back again.

Few recommendations would make malbros much more enjoyable. 1. Better quality towels. Not very absorbent. 2. Bed side lamps. 3. Sockets near beds. 4. Should be advertised as sharing with owners family. 5. Sort WiFi. Netflix frequently buffering. 6. Need access to wardrobes and cupboard space. 6. More cutlery and crockery in the main house. The Host was hospitable and kind. Also kept in touch of when we would arrive. The place was very roomy with ensuite rooms. Showers had ample of hot water for the entire group of 10. Beds are comfortable.

Wifi was not great. I believe in the area was difficult to get network connection or phone signal. I would be nice to have a kitchenette with some plates & cutlery also a microwave to heat some food. Should be stated that mini bar drinks are for purchase not free, which includes drinking water, so we would come more prepared. Didn’t expect the owners family living in one of the rooms, they would come in and out, again it should be stated in the details for privacy reasons. Once we realized it was fine since we are also Filipino.

I had three criteria’s. 1. Accommodations for family 2. Quiet and Safe Location 3. Affordable

The house is very large and can accommodate a great number of people with plenty of room to spread out. The area is quiet, away from the noisy streets while still being in a convenient spot close to attractions. The house was easy to find. The top floor has two bedrooms and a living area which was great for our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens). While it is two rooms, know that the ceiling space is open to both rooms so sound travels easily. The fourth floor has one bathroom for both rooms. The second and third floor have one bedroom each with two beds and ensuite. We were a group of nine and we had plenty of space. The second floor is also where the living room, bar area, small dining area and powder room are located. The property has a small terrace on the second floor and rooftop patio. What really made this place worth it were the people. Lisa managed breakfast. The food was really good, served warm and right at the time they said it would be. They accommodated our group by bringing breakfast to the second floor instead of serving it in the main floor dining room which was a great help for the seniors in our group. The host, Efren was there to welcome us when we arrived. They were very helpful with any thing we needed as well as info on ocal spots that we were interested in. You really do feel welcomed and part of the family. We had a great time here and would absolutely stay again.

The house is four floors but the area you stay in starts from the second floor. Access is via a set of stairs so FYI for those who are or traveling with PWD. They are looking into installing an elevator in the future but for now, stairs are the only access. The bathrooms on the third and fourth floor are walk in showers but the second floor is a tub. The beds on the top floor are comfy but squeaky.

The owner and the staffs are very accommodating and helpful . The house is very clean and well organized.
