Very spacious for the group. Sir Efren is very accommodating, helpful and kind. A true Christian!

Location is very good and safe, and they have a space for you to park a car safely. It is a few kilometres from city centre, and if you do not mind renting a car or get a taxi, then this place is a great place to stay. All the bedrooms are very large with able to have 2 large double beds in each room, the bathroms are good on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The owner is very friendly and nice. Most the beds are quite soft and nice. Definitely will return and stay there again.

I like most things, but when we went to Baguio it was a day before a storms and flooding hit the area, not good timing to go anywhere and be caught in storms when on holidays, as power went put a few times and we were left with only cold water. Fortunately the owner is getting a new generator in the next few weeks.

Great location . Very clean property. The owner uncle Efren and auntie Flor were exceptional . They treated us as their family. We had an emergency situation and they were very supportive .

The hosts were very accommodating. The place is perfect and food is sumptuous + portions are good. Host and property had all essentials required. Host went extra for special requests. The property is very Fur Baby (pet) friendly. Location is easy to find. Host communicated with us after booking process until departure from property providing all possible ways to contact them.

I booked for accommodation which includes breakfast and the host is very accommodating with arranging the same. Also, there are available drinks and stuffs you might want or need like water, sodas, coffees, toothbrush, and the like, but it goes with a fee and to be settled during check out.

There is no elevator going up to the bedrooms.

The owner took very good care of us and made sure we were comfortable. Super friendly. The stay was awesome and I would love to do it again in the future and I will stay here
