La ubicación, la terraza, la piscina y sus vistas

La propietaria vive en la casa de al lado y considera que puede entrar cuando considere y a cualquier hora sin llamar ni avistar de antemano. Entra a regar las plantas a las 12 del mediodía, a barrer el patio por la mañana, viene a comprobar la piscina cuando tu estas en ella. A mi me enganchó dos veces en calzoncillos en la terraza privativa...y como no habla nada de inglés no es posible entenderse con ella y hacerle entender que no puede acceder a la Villa mientras está alquilada. Un desastre en ese sentido. Gran Villa si no necesitas intimidad. Estáis avisados

The villa was absolutely beautiful with stunning views, pretty gardens, comfortable outdoor furniture and a great pool. The facilities were top notch with great aircon, high quality kitchen equipment & luxury linens. The owners were also lovely and friendly and took great care of the grounds and the villa.

Stunning views, location and amazing hospitality!

The views from the terrace are unbeatable. Simply gorgeous. And the pool is great with lots of comfortable seating. Short walk into town was great.

Flat very clean and tidy, parts of the kitchen smelt a little musty but would not deter us from staying again.

Family of 4 in vacation. At the same price we paid for, we could have been choosen a 3 stars hotel in Lakka with breakfast included. Glad we didn't! At first, as we thought about our daughters, we decided that a villa with a swimming pool whould be more suitable, especially in the afternoon where you can't stay any longer on the beach. Arriving at the property we were a little worried about the quality and the cleanliness of the swimming pool water. But in vain. The swimming pool was perfectly cleaned. The owner did another cleaning and chlorination at our arrival. There were tools nearby to remove any dead leafs, if accidentally dropped on the water. To be honest we felt all the time the presence of the owners, who live in the house next door, but we rarely saw them. The landlady, a perfect grek charming lady, full of hospitality, who cleaned the dooryard every day, woke up at 6 a.m. local time, so unless you are an early bird, there are a few chances that you see her and the other persons during your stay. Why? As she told us, it's intentional for a maximum of privacy for the guests. Now, the villa: not so big, the property is vast, but the villa is a perfect fit for 4 persons. 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with matrimonial bed, spacious bathroom, equipped kitchen whith everything needed and some complimentary things like a very tasty olive oil, balsamic vinegar, 2 small bottle of juices, 2 big bottle of mineral water, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, black peper, some sweets and a small welcome bottle of Prosecco. The day before our departure, as a souvenir from the island, the lady had bought and given each of the girls a very nice bracelet whith a cross (against the bad eye 🧿😉).

Stayed here as 2x couples/group of friends. The most beautiful villa with a stunning view. Kitchen was fully equipped, on arrival we had bread, wine, water and snacks which was a lovely touch, then throughout our stay we were given fresh eggs and cucumber which was such a treat! Walking distance to Gaios - is up quite a hill on the way back but is doable. Taxis also available on the island - €5 total from Gaios to Villa when we had lots of shopping. Whole place lovely and clean with comfy beds and tons of storage. The pool was immaculate with lots of sun loungers, seats and a shower. We hope to stay again and would definitely book with Eos travel another time. Thank you!
