Die Unterkunft ist fantastisch. Die Zimmer sind schön und es ist sehr sauber, auch die Betten sind bequem. Die Badezimmer sind in super Zustand und auch immer sauber. Sara und ihr Ehemann sind unglaublich nett & haben jeden Tag ein liebevolles Frühstück zubereitet. Außerdem gibt es immer Tee und die Lage ist auch hervorragend (~10 min ins Zentrum) und gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist exzellent. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen :)

La nostra esperienza a Cusco è stata incredibile, grazie alla struttura che ci ha ospitato! La proprietaria, Sara, ci ha accolto con un sorriso e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per esplorare al meglio la città. La struttura si trova in una zona centrale e popolare, ma sorprendentemente tranquilla e silenziosa. Vicino, ci sono tutti i negozi e i market di cui si ha bisogno, e la famosa Plaza de Armas è a soli 5 minuti a piedi. La stanza era pulita, luminosa e calda, con letti comodi e una doccia sempre calda. E per iniziare la giornata, colazioni abbondanti e deliziose!

Sara ist eine unglaublich nette Gastgeberin! Sie ist sehr zuvorkommend, gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie konnte uns viele Tips über die Stadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung geben. Außerdem war es auch möglich das Gepäck in der Unterkunft zu lassen, was für mehrtägige Wandertouren praktisch ist. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, es gibt gutes Frühstück und bequeme Zimmer. Der Plaza Mayor ist ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

As a lot of reviewers have said, Sara was lovely, always happy etc and, unusually, provided a breakfast which was welcome, and tea making/cooking facilities throughout the day. The area was reasonably quiet and not far from town centre.

Unfortunately there is one glaring issue here: too many beds in too small a space and without storage/hanging space or shelving. We booked the triple bed room as there was 3 of us. On arrival we found it to be exactly that, a room with 3 beds and little else. No cupboard, just a small desk, a hat stand and very little floor space for luggage. To have stayed in there would have meant stepping around or over our luggage or the beds to get out of the room to the shared bathroom which was downstairs. Two beds and a wardrobe or a metal hanging frame with shelves would make it habitable but 3 beds was just too much. As a result we ended up taking the 'matrimonial' room (at an increase of about 35%!), a double bed and 2 fold down beds which, again, took up nearly all the floor space. There was at least a small wardrobe but only 1 hanger. When we asked if there were more hangers Sara said she'd have to get them from another room but that was currently occupied so no, we didn't get any. This did at least have its own shower room but no practical shelving again so storage for toiletries etc was a problem. The glass shelf under the basin was minimal. With most of the floor space taken up with beds it became quite tedious to have to step around everything. I thought long and hard about making this review and I hate to be negative but basic space and storage was a real issue that could be addressed and make the stay more enjoyable. We travel a lot and are used to homestays, hostels etc so are accustomed to basic amenities, I'm not being picky here. It ended up feeling that getting as many beds and customers as possible was more important than basic comfort, a shame. I mean this as constructive criticism. Cupboards, hangers and less cramping would make such a positive difference.

Este lugar es ideal para el descanso, limpio y cómodo. Me extendí por la misma razón, conectas muy fácil con otros viajeros en la misma sintonía, se respira un ambiente casero, tranquilo y amigable, la ducha con agua caliente funciona de maravilla en cualquier hora del día, buen desayuno, cuentan con descuentos para tours saliendo desde el Cuzco, cuales operadoras pasan muy cerca de la propiedad. Gracias Sara y Scott por su hospitalidad, atención y servicio. En algún momento, voy a regresar.

Si no estás acostumbrado a la inclinación, puedes sufrir un poco para llegar caminando aquí, en lo demás todo perfecto.
