When we arrived at the room after 4 p.m., it had not been cleaned. There was still hair in the sink from previous guests, the bed linens had not been changed, and the towels were left on the floor. We tried contacting the accommodation, but it took a long time — we had to call around seven times, and they only replied after I sent photos via WhatsApp. Eventually, they did send someone to clean the room. However, the next morning when we woke up, we found cockroaches inside our shoes. It was a terrible experience — one that we would never want to repeat.
