Seven Residence

Nothing, we didn't even step foot out of the cab! The entire place is unsafe. Its furter out than where they say. There are no restaurants or anything near by. They don't do room service! The place is down a dodgy alleyway with an unmanned gate that isn't locked. There were 2 young kids on reception.. we called the owner and he said ... "Too bad yoir not getting a refund" we didn't even get out of the taxi DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE.. ITS NOT EVEN IN SEMINYAK

We had such a great time staying at The Seven Residence with the family. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help, and the management even arranged some tours for us which made exploring Bali really easy. The villa itself was very comfortable, with a private pool right in the living room which was super fun. We also enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop seating area, especially in the evenings. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, and having two bathrooms was very convenient. The location was perfect too, close to Seminyak’s beaches, restaurants, and shops, but still quiet enough to relax. We would definitely stay here again!

Evething was death to old we only slept one day day we come and in the morning we move to pay other hotel

There was a bad smell pool not clean evething was very bad hope to get my money back

All beds were infested with bedbugs, made video, had staff come look and canceled my last night there but they refused to make a refund even though i told them early in the morning i was not gonna sleep there anymore. The solution they offered was to use bugspray which is highly toxic and i did not want to spray that on something i was gonna be sleeping on and having my skin touching. My holiday started off badly because of this whole experience. Horrible experience villa bathrooms also very dirty and outdated I do not recommend anyone staying here.

good facilities, really enjoyed my staycation there... there was nothing that made me complain when I was in the villa

The entrance gate has to be opened twice, making it tiring to get in and out of cars, and the pool pump doesn't turn on all the time, making the pool look dirty.
