Residence La Fenice

Posizione ottima per il centro storico! Molto strategico il parcheggio a disposizione dei clienti, disponibile su prenotazione. Il monolocale di cui ho usufruito era veramente ben servito. Il servizio email della struttura mi ha lasciato soddisfatto. La signora delle pulizie con cui mi sono interfacciato è stata molto gentile.

L'insonorizzazione degli ambienti non eccelle.

De ligging, de grote slaapkamers, het bubbelbad, de hygiëne, mooie inrichting gebouw, parkeermogelijkheden.

De kleine living, de kleine kookplaten, beperkt materiaal in de keuken.

Excellent position. Wonderful lounge room on ground floor. We overlooked a large airy space at rear of property and available parking was a true plus.

Room too small for preparation of meals, but perfectly adequate if just a cup of coffee or light breakfast if this is all that is needed

L'emplacement

Nicely furnished apartment with enough space for 4 people (maybe even more, but we were only 4). 2 separate bedrooms. 1st floor apartment accessible also by elevator! Ideal for elderly people. Location is easily accessible also by car, which is an advantage in Padova. Parking option in the yard is also a useful extra. Staff is helpful.

Generally everything was OK. The gate of the house makes a rather loud noise when opening and closing, as it is right below one of the bedrooms. It was a bit disturbing. We have learned that 1 bathroom is not always enough for 4 people. This is not a problem of the apartment, but good to know :)

It needs a bit of upgrading and updating. It looks dated and past its best.
