AUWe were unable to find the property. The directions given by booking.com are incorrect. The location of the property on Google maps is also incorrect. No Malawi phone number is given , only a UK phone number which we were unable to contact when we tried. We are travelling on bicycles and this was a big problem for us. We managed to find other accommodation but after cycling for over 100 kms this was very poor. I note White Sands Retreat are asking for payment as they consider us a no show. They should check there location info is correct on booking.com and Google maps and also provide a local phone number. We constantly travel around the world and often use booking. com- this was a very poor experience.
