WARNING – Please Read Before Booking We arrived just before 8pm, only a few hours after making the booking. There was a very strong smell of cannabis throughout the premises — thick and lingering — which made us feel uncomfortable immediately. There were also a number of people roaming around the property, which raised concerns about safety. It appeared that one room was being used for short “day visitors.” The overall environment did not feel secure or suitable for us, and we decided to leave shortly after arriving. We attempted to stop the payment, but this was unsuccessful. I lodged a formal complaint both telephonically and online through Booking.com and have still received no response. In hindsight, I regret not paying closer attention to some of the lower reviews, as they did reflect aspects of what we experienced. I am genuinely surprised that other reviews paint such a different picture, as our experience was completely at odds with them.

Place is nice and clean

The fact that the family stays in the facility and kept trying to get away from the dogs.

Attitude towards wasn’t good specially after we were forced to check out 8 o’clock because they’re special customers wanted to check in
