It looked beautiful on the exterior but the interior was dirty. They cleaned whilst we were there we had to wait outside for 2hours and there were ants on the floor, it had a horrible smell

Nothing at all the service was very poor

"I would never go there again. Me and any close relative."

Nothing. I didn't even stay.The host was unwelcoming.Room dirty.No cooking facilities. Only fridge and microwave in the room.No kettle. Smelling cigarettes. No wardrobe or closet. Welcomed by a dog with sores.

The place is beautiful and clean

1. Too much loud noise from the guys, (the guy that gave us the keys and friends) can't be other Guests. Even came and knock by our room while sleeping. looks very high at the time. . Guys Smoking weed by the pool side. Smoke could be felt from my room. Happen untill around 22:00 2. Rooms have no sound proof. you could here people from the room close by. 3. It is summer. could be very hot in Cape Town. No Aircon. We had to sleep with windows open. The noise and the smell of weed was too much.
