Very magical and amazing. Will definitely recommend it. All the staffs are accommodating especially Mr. Nurdaulet. The food was on point. We almost tried all of their food in the menu.

Nothing all is well and amazing.

It was a great experience. Futuristic space-like capsules with a close-up mountain view. I spent hours just sitting and watching the mountains, lost in my thoughts. It was truly meditative. While the capsules had some minor things, overall experience was great. Movies and a panoramic sky view!

No real issues, I'm just trying to recall anything even slightly negative :D Keep in mind: the shower's water tank is limited, so in winter, try not to use it all at once if you're traveling with others. (I don’t think it’s a problem during the summer.) The shower might be a bit weak, but overall everything was great.

Too pricey for the place that has ineffective heating and we were asked to keep a portable heater in our room. It is meant to be centrally heated as it is marketed as smart cabin

Heating was not working in the main area of the suite and WiFi was not good for the portable projector for watching the movie that did not have a nice sound system with it so it seems a bit below average. Only the Mountain View of Almaty is positive which is the main attraction of these cabins. Disappointed with what the establishment charges for these cabins and then providing the portable heaters and we felt cold in the night actually.

The property is well maintained and the service provided is top class. Really loved the stay and will visit again.
