INFree Breakfast was very tasty! Food in general was pretty good! Room was good as per price. Its new. Not related to 4 seasons hotel chain. You can stay here. Comparitively other hotels in Vrindavan are pretty bad! I have rated this 7 because comparing it other hotels in India.
Staff were inexperienced. One receptionist argued with me that outside food was not allowed in the hotel. His senior corrected him. Its just not allowed in the garden area. However they did make an exception for me and provided us plates etc so maybe just a new employee not knowing the rules. Hot water runs out quickly. Geyser is slow as well as water flow in shower is alot so quickly turns cold. Apart from this it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel itself is not bad, nice rooms, comfortable bed. But there is a cleaning problem; dry clean is not enough!!! The room was cleaned after I mentioned the problem to the manager. But it should be clean from the very beginning. I wish the personal will manage it for the next guests.
