GBINThe property was really good and stay was quite comfortable. The rooms and washrooms were immaculately clean.
The location wasn't that great. It was really a tough task getting a public transport. The food quality also wasn't that great.
USTOO many issues: 1. Loud loud loud music. Top floor 5th floor, had a restaurant, playing super loud music. And you could hear it at the reception desk - until 11:30pm!! 2. Bad, non-clean rooms with hair 3. Staff wearing night suits. Plus staff's kids on the desk 4. Hair lumps in elevator. 5. Super Bad quality towels 6. Faucet not working. They fixed it the day after, still did not work. 7. Lockers not useable 8. Water jet in the toilet was leaking water all over the bathroom. 9. Water puddle by windows. 10. The staff was one of the worst. They would like about everything. The majority of them seemed to have joined a month ago. Really bad outfit/uniform.

One of the standard room, 304. Was really bad design. When one showers, the whole water comes on the toilet seat making it wet. There is no way it should be given to anyone specially not to senior citizens. Even sitting area was zero space. You need to break the room and redesign it.
