Hotel Three Seasons

The room itself is nice, but I primarily booked this hotel for the rooftop, which was closed the first night. This should have been mentioned beforehand. The wedding was on the ground floor and my room was on the first floor. The hotel is so poorly soundproofed that I could hear the music as if I were at the wedding. To make matters worse, the second night there was another wedding with loud music. When I called the night receptionist at 12:15 AM to ask if the music could be turned down, he didn’t take me seriously at all. The second time I called, he again said, "Yes, sure," but nothing happened until I went down to the reception. So be aware that your sleep might be disturbed in case of a wedding. The toilet had a brown substance on the side (see photo), which was fortunately removed promptly. It was immediately visible, so I question whether the toilet was cleaned at all. The air conditioning takes a long time to cool the room to a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the shower and sink water do not get cold and the shower drains poorly, leaving the floor completely wet after use.

Upon my arrival with three pieces of luggage, I took two and asked the man at the door to help with the third. He simply shook his head. My taxi driver said something to him, and after a few minutes of waiting, someone finally came to help with my third piece of luggage. The WiFi is pretty bad and the breakfast is pathetic. When I tried to organize a Yamuna boat trip including transportation with the hotel, I was dropped off at the Yamuna and it turned out only the highly overrated tuk tuk ride was organized. I was confused because I had specifically asked for a boat trip. So I had to organize the boat trip myself and arranged a tuk-tuk back to the hotel on my own, which in the end was way cheaper than the round trip the hotel organized. The bar apparently offers "everything," but in reality, they only had strong liquor. Since there is not much to eat around the hotel, I wanted to dine in. However, due to the wedding, only room dining was available. I would have appreciated being informed in advance, as the wedding prevented me from using the rooftop and the restaurant, and it made the room extremely loud. Generously, after I complained, they credited a meal to my hotel bill.

Had a pleasant three days stay with family. Away from crowded area but close to all attractions The staff helped us to arrange temple tours with reasonable rate. Clean and cozy rooms.

Should have more facility according to the price charged.

Cleaness, behavior of staff

At the roof top DJ party was going on up to 12.45 night with full volume loud speaker,even after request to manager,it was going on,and cause restless night and create sevier headache.I don't recommend this hotel for peacefully stay.
