Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good, only 2 min by foot to the sea

Firstly, there was no parking spot(booking listed that free parking is available at the facility) so we needed to leave our car about 15min away by foot. Secondly, the room was very small and it was not soundproof - we could hear everything from hallways, rooms near us, cafeteria under us, and everything from the street partying was so loud that we couldn’t sleep. There was a lot of black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and a black hair in the shower. The sink was clogged when we arrived and after they fixed it, there was a very bad smell. The air conditioner was turned off by staff two times at the reception. Moreover, it was faulty, loud and noisy. We needed to go to registration to ask to turn it on. The time for breakfast in booking was probably incorrect, because both mornings we came about 9(breakfast until 10), and there was little to no food and the tables were already started to be served for lunch. Second morning the worker in the cafeteria yelled at us that the breakfast is over although the breakfast is listed until 10. The selection of food was really poor.

La struttura è ferma agli anni 70, le camere sono in uno stato disastroso, ai limiti se non a volte sotto i limiti della sanità pubblica. Camere claustrofobiche, in quella dove ho alloggiato dopo aver richiesto la sostituzione appena arrivato vi erano dei parziali lavori di rinnovo ma dire eseguiti e riconducibili al terzo mondo e dir poco. Ho prenotato ad una cifra vantaggiosa però l’immagine della camera che ho visto non era poi quella che mi è stata data. Credo sia il caso che l’Asl assieme ai vigili del fuoco intervengono per verificare le condizioni di questa struttura che a mio modesto parere va chiusa. Il Personale è gentilissimo però purtroppo non è abbastanza.

Struttura comoda alle spiagge.colazione soddisfacente

Camera molto piccola.manca anche il frigobar per accedere ai servizi bisogna fare attenzione perché c e uno scalino abbastanza alto e magari non ci pensi e facile inciampare.

La gentilezza e disponibili della proprietaria e la posizione vicinissima al mare
