The facilities and equipment were way below standard 4 plates 4 mugs no teaspoons or 7 people, the table only seated 4 so we had to eat in shifts, not enough towels, the wifi code was incorrect on the information dotted about the place, very shoddy paint work peeling wall paper no mirrors, broken tiles in the bathroom filled in with polyfiller no toilet roll holder the bathroom door did not close properly the downstairs bedroom door handle was faulty
