Beautifully constructed and decorated rooms. Everything has been thought of, it's spotless, the bed is comfortable, you have plenty of space and everything you might need (including a filter coffee machine), and the shower was roomy and enjoyable.

It is a bit of a walk to the center... 20 to 25 minutes depending on where you're going. Cross the bridge close to the rooms for a shadier route.

Everything was fabulous. The host and owner both are very welcoming supportive and nice people. I really strongly recommend this place to anyone visit Kutaisi . It was really a great experience.

Everything is nice

Very clean and organised place with a modern bathroom and kitchen. The interior was very cosy and comfortable, even for a longer stay. The host was very friendly and always reachable over phone whilst still respecting our privacy. Issues got resolved swiftly by the hosts as well. The AC was a life-saver, especially since we visited in July. We were a bit scared due to the lack of reviews, but the stay turned out incredibly pleasant!

The kitchen was a bit ill-equipped in terms of utensils if you plan to cook a lot. For basic meals like breakfast everything was present however.
