I liked that there's was a bed and hot shower for my stay.

I don't understand why do you have to be charged extra when you get to the guest house. The app says R1300 but you are required to pay R1500 instead of what you are being charged on the app. You must just put the final amount on the app. The admin lady that I found Friday night at the reception was very rude and has no good customer service. I was just forced to sleep there since I didn't have any other options. The towels were dirty and the aircon was not working, I had to borrow a fan. The place need some work. Overall the guys who work there they are friendly and always helpful.

Receptionist was rude upon checking in Room 7 aircon was leaking water when switched on Room 10 shower was flooded by water seemed ro be clogged

It was close to the area that we were visiting . It has friendly staff.

The ceiling was leaking. We had to move the bed while it was raining so that we can sleep.

The pools where dirty what we saw on the pictures was not what we saw in the guest house

We received a warm welcome from the staff. I had requested a room for the children closer to mine, and they delivered. They were friendly and welcoming to us and ensured we were comfortable. Thandi was especially helpful; when I requested an additional room, she made a plan for us.

The laundry room needs to be cleaned and organized.
