Carinissimo monolocale situato sul retro della casa dei proprietari. Buona pulizia. Spazi non enormi ma ben organizzati. Cucina dotata del necessario. Parcheggio disponibile proprio di fianco all'ingresso, all'aperto ma in una zona tranquillissima. Svariate brochure disponibili all'interno dell'appartamento per ispirare i vostri spostamenti. Centro di Truro raggiungibile relativamente facilmente a piedi.

Nessuna comunicazione prima dell'arrivo. Casa dei proprietari difficile da trovare in base a Maps (non c'è neanche il numero civico fuori dall'abitazione, abbiamo dovuto chiedere a un vicino). Una volta trovata, la signora è stata a dir poco sbrigativa. WiFi non disponibile e non siamo riuscite neanche a usufruire della TV. Qualche informazione in più, sia prima che durante il soggiorno, schifo non farebbe...

Nice quiet intimate little studio. Lovely location, felt really comfortable.

The little hideaway couldn't be a more perfect name! Tucked away from the road, it was a little gem of a place to stay in. We were 5 minutes from the centre of Truro in the car with shops and amenities closer than that. We travelled to a wedding at Nancarrow Farm and had no issues in getting a taxi there and back.

Great location on the edge of town. Lovely studio property with everything we needed for our stay. Comfy bed and stylish decor. Hosts were great at answering our queries really quickly.

Unfortunately I could not stay in the property as it was not suitable fully for my wheelchair. I could walk freely but on my arrival day I was very tired and felt unsafe so I moved back into Truro for a suitable hotel accommodation.

Too small and a narrow kitchen, Outside path was gravel and tiles so hard work in a wheelchair

Some things were ok but can't say anything was really good

The property is basically a small chalet set in half of someones garden on a newish housing estate.It's fenced off but although the outside sitting area is private the unit itself is overlooked by several upstairs windows. I've stayed in bigger hotel rooms but It isn't the size that's a problem but the lack of thought in practicalities when laying out the interior. No real space for clothes just one single wardrobe that only takes 7 forward facing hangers and 2 small drawers and cupboards. No shelving in the bathroom and not even a soap dish in the shower. Cleanliness very very poor. Cobwebs in bedroom. Thick dust on shelves of bedside cabinets. Cutlery and cups stained. Saucepan stained and even food deposits in frying pan. Equipment provided severely lacking - No oven gloves, no loo brush, no food tongs. Only 2 saucepans a frying pan and 2 small oven dishes to cook with. . The saucepans were losing their coating and one of the plates was cracked. Amenities poor. No shaving light no outside bin just 1 small swing bin in a cupboard so no method/ plan for recycling. Very small tv without live tv. The shower is quite small would be a struggle if you're bigger than XL. Whole thing smacks of an exercise in how to make as much money as possible with the minimum amount of outlay in cost time and effort. Shown by hard rough towels and the attraction brochures provided being 2 or 3 years out of date. Everything provided is either cheapest possible or needs replacing. This property should not be on booking.com as a holiday let. If neither of you are very large, you intend to eat out every night, you don't mind making do and you're not too worried about cleanliness or food hygiene then it might be ok for a couple of nights but that's all. If you're staying longer you would be better off booking a holiday park - the rain beating on the tin roof certainly made it seem like it.

Self contained unit with its private yard. Stove, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, well appointed. Close to Lido supermarket, and Truro township.

Poor curtains and skylight covers, difficult to sleep when the sun is up at 4 am.
