Cosy, quiet, clean and private. great location with parking right outside. everything required for a 2 night stay.

previous reviews mention how hot property is. Blinds have been added to skylights and we found keeping curtains closed whilst out also kept it cooler. Fan also provided.

Everything we needed, small but well thought out.

Nothing to dislike about the property. Personally like a pub/restaurant within easy walking distance. Quite a hilly climb out of town but we managed it better than we thought we would.

The studio flat looks brand new and has everything needed and even more as there is a fully equiped kitchen. Dave shows availability for questions or help if needed. Lots of light, quiet neighbourhood and even a small private seating area outside. Self check-in/check-out

Due to the roof windows, the temperature gets high in the flat. There is a cooling fan if needed. The flat is not exactly in the city center but 15-20min walk away. Same for train station or bus station.

This was an ideal location for us to use as a base to explore the Cornwall area. It was also just a 15 minute walk into the city centre and close to shopping if needed. The size was perfect for a couple and very clean, comfortable, private and quiet. The owner was available to give assistance if needed.

Some items that might make the whole experience better, especially for longer stays, include larger bowls for food preparation, oven mitts, and perhaps a broom for tidying up during your stay.
