Location, style, clean, great bed, nice towels and washcloths! AC & Wi-Fi. Balcony. Host Maria lovely- accessible, easy to communicate with. Water boiler in room.

"Lovely accommodation"

The room and bathroom are lovely and clean! And Maria has lovely taste in decor, and cleans the rooms exceptionally everyday!!! We enjoyed the lovely balcony every morning and evening. Maria is a lovely, friendly and very helpful lady! I'll definitely be going back

"The room is much better than in many 5-star hotels."

The facility (the room, furniture, decoration etc.) was quite new. The reception was very friendly and helpful. I hope they keep the quality level. The location is central and close to many relevant points in the city.

Sometimes it was possible to hear some noise because the building is a bit old.
