JEWarm wellcoming home you could just walk into and settle in straightaway host very helpful communicating with me with additional days and offering support should I need anything. A lot of work has gone into the house to ensure guests stay is a pleasurable experience.great that it was only 1 street away from my family and near to local shops and bus route to town centre.kniwing we were a family staying over the Christmas they even put a Christmas Tree in which was hugely appreciated.
More information needed in wellcome book.my suggestions have shared with owners and are being implemented which shows they really do care about making their home the best place to stay.

Cleanliness, it was filthy Bedding covered in stains including blood Honestly don’t know if any of the reviews for this property are legit. Freezing cold on arrival - no instructions on how to work the heating. I had to call the owners. Property owner aware of how unhappy we were with the property and a lady in the background asked “what does she want me to do about it?”. Property owner offered for us to leave and only pay for the nights we stayed. If I could have found somewhere else for us to stay we would have moved but sadly I couldn’t find an alternative due to it being half term. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.
GBHouse was exactly as pictured and very clean. Staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, allowing us to check in earlier which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend!
The only thing that wasn’t perfect were the beds which were a little uncomfortable but otherwise a great property!

GBWe had a great stay, the house was much bigger than expected. Enough space for 4 adults and 3 children. The bedding was lovely and soft. The house had everything we needed, great to have a garden with seating and space for two cars on the drive. It was a perfect location for us, would love to come back.
GBSo so clean - it was spotless. Perfect layout with access around the property. Huge garden with furniture. Big drive way to fit multiple cars. Comfortable beds and fresh clean bedding.
We would stay here everytime now, there’s nothing to dislike about the property at all.

There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property, however it said there was complimentary tea and coffee, there was very little. So maybe bring your own as a top up.
