The location. Closer to Bicester Village

The private parking location. I was driving a big car, need to pass through narrow tunnel before I could park. Tissue not available and I need to request replace the kettle, bad condition. However, the host is very prompt to assist me whenever I seek for help

Love the cleanliness of the house. Host was very responsive to assist us. It was a great stay.

It could be better with a dryer in the house.

Easy to find. Good instructions for getting key, internet, car park spaces, etc. Property smelt nice & clean on arrival. Soft towels & lovely white, soft, clean bed linen. Everything you need in the kitchen - other than a tea towel. The minimalistic style meant there was no dusty ornaments & curtains 👍 Good check in/ out times. Thank you.

Scrubbing limescale off kitchen sink/taps, bathroom taps and toilet bowl would make those areas look cleaner. For sleeping 5 persons, it was tricky to be comfortable in the lounge when only the sofa only seats 3 persons. A comfortable chair or leather style beanbags would be good to help seat all of us without sitting on dining chairs all evening.

The host was exceptional in accommodating for us. He went out of his way to purchase a travel cot and stair gate which was incredibly helpful when you are only staying for one night for a wedding. He even provided a really.early check in which was incredible. The house had all the things you needed. The bed was the most comfortable that I have slept in.

We weren't sure whether there was a dedicated parking space. It was unusual for the largest room to not have the ensuite but it worked for our situation.
