Locanda al Convento

The staff were incredibly friendly – we arrived late at night and were welcomed with patience and care, plus free water. The location on a farm was wonderful: peaceful, fresh air, and being woken up by roosters in the morning felt charming. Breakfast was lovely with fresh pastries, tea/coffee, and oranges included

It was a bit uncomfortable that the toilet and shower were located through a shared corridor where you could run into other guests. The bathroom had no shower gel at all, and the single hook provided was purely decorative, so it wasn’t possible to hang anything

Great coffee, oranges and juicer provide. Fresh home baked delights. Loved our breakfast. Our flight was delayed and the owner very kindly waited for us until after midnight and still had a warm welcome for us. We hope to return one day and also have dinner. The restaurant looks great.

Everything was perfect

We booked this room just as a place to stay near the airport for the night before we left to travel back home. I wish we had more time to stay! We were welcomed by Claudia with drinks as she showed us our room for the night. The place is right above their Trattoria and we enjoyed a beautiful and delicious dinner. Dario was so welcoming and made sure that our meal was perfect!!! One of the best meals we had during our trip. The coffee waiting for us in the morning was so appreciated. With only a 10 minute drive to the Venice airport, we didn't feel stressed or rushed at all. Amazing and beautiful place to stay and such a great value!

Wish we could have stayed here longer!

We loved our one-night stay at Locanda al Convento before leaving early the next morning for the airport, which was only a 10-minute drive away. When we arrived in the late afternoon, a young man was already there to greet us and explained everything very clearly and professionally. Since the restaurant opened later in the evening, he recommended the park walking trails just down the road, which we thoroughly enjoyed after several hours in the car. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, and the young lady who served us also helped us select a very good wine from the region. The fresh bakery items available the next morning as we left for the airport were also a very nice touch.

Too much noise from the outside

Wir sind zufällig auf die Unterkunft gestoßen und haben am eine Nacht gebucht, weil am nächsten Tag frühmorgens unser Flug ging. Wir waren begeistert...die Gastgeber sind extrem freundlich , unkompliziert und dann noch dieses fantastische Essen abends in der Trattoria...wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Lage zu Venedig ist ebenfalls top. Es war sehr nett.
