DEDa wir schon sehr früh in Georgetown ankamen und ich reisekrank geworden bin, haben wir nach einem früheren Check-in gefragt und wurden zum Glück schon um 11 statt nachmittags reingelassen. Die Lage war gut um die Stadt fussläufig zu erkunden und ruhig gelegen.
Die Unterkunft hat ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen gewirkt. Es roch sehr muffig, vor allem im Bad. Es gab keine richtigen Fenster aus Glas, sondern nur aus Holz bestehende Fensterläden, die man aufgrund der Hitze geschlossen lassen musste. Also hatte man leider kein Tageslicht und es war sehr stickig.
MYThe location is great. Very convenient to nearby attractions and lots of good food around the area. Most of the attractions are walking distance, so if you are driving, you can basically just park your car nearby and travel around by foot. (Ps. property does not provide carpark, you need to park by the roadside. Finding a proper carpark could be painful). The check-in process is quick and efficient. The hotel will send all details via WhatsApp text and the whole process is quick and easy.
(1) Walls are super thin. You can basically hear what is going on in the next room (especially when they are showering or just walking by the corridor). (2) The toilet smells moldy. It is clean but it has a very unpleasant smell. (3) Sheets has stains on it.
MYNLLocationwise; perfect, near to everything however without suffering the total 'madness'...
Stairs going up to the rooms: when you're carrying small luggage, it's doable, but not so when you're having to haul a big suitcase.
HUIt was very close to everything and the staff was so nice and helpful. Also the resort was very nice
