Kosmas Family House

Excellent hosts, facilities (cooker, washing machine etc) comfy beds, nice shower, big TV with lots of channels.

The location was OK but quite far walking for bars/restaurants etc, the drive to the house is very narrow and a larger car would not fit although there is other places to park nearby.

The best place I’ve stayed at in Greece! The house is simply beautiful and has absolutely everything one could wish for to have a perfect stay! The outside area was so convenient and relaxing , the rooms and beds inside are super comfortable, well equipped and very calm so that you can have a great sleep any time of the day/night. The kitchen is equipped perfectly. Everything part and corner of the house was spotlessly clean and shining bright. Mosquito nets everywhere, I didn’t see a single one inside. Location was perfect, close by various restaurants and shops, plus old town and airport only 5 mins away. Plus the owners are extremely lovely, helpful, always available and making you feel fantastic and very welcome in the place. Price / value ratio is simply unbeatable. A true gem!

Absolutely nothing to criticise at this place

Everyone in the family is such a peach. We received a warm welcome and farewell. Facilities were at the top, and the family was super-quick to respond if we had an issue or a question. It was very comfy to either sleep on the beds or the sofas.

I'm a cook. I enjoyed having a sharp knife, but maybe the kitchen utensils (fry pan, salad bowl) could be bigger or more abundant if you want to cook for more than two/three. I was pleasantly surprised to find tupperwares though.

We arrived from Albania by boat and wanted to check in in time for our baby’s nap time. The hosts were very kind to let us check in early and we were very positively surprised to find some bread, cheese, ham and fruits at the apartment as we did not have time to eat anything. The apartment was beautiful and equipped with everything that you could hope for, even a medical cabinet. If we needed anything, the hosts had it for us within minutes. A perfect place for a family. Only, you need a car to be able to move around reasonably. We wanted to see the island anyway, so we had rented a car for our short stay.

Lovely and accommodating owners. So clean and well equipped.complimentary snacks, water and even bottle of wine provided. Very appreciated after our delayed flight.
