NZLocation was good but over looking the goat farm which was smelly.. view on the other 130 degree was beautiful hills.
Could not get in, luckily farm worker came up and phoned owner. The two small beds in one room were kids beds really. . We we banging against the wall all night. Our friend in main bedroom thought we were coming through the walls. Toilet in past laundry. No wifi was our biggest issue.z could not book accommodation or flights.
NZLocation and view was beautiful. Hosts were fantastic and very accomodating/ with excellent communication . Would definitely book again . Thank you so much for our stay . Would highly recommend.

USThis is a beautiful countryside location on a hill overlooking a goat farm and rolling hills. There is plenty of space to spread out. The schoolhouse is cute. There is a large sink for handwashing clothes and a clothes line outside. There is no a/c but the house gets a nice crossbreeze. We used it as a central location to visit Rotorua (which was slower than expected due to major road construction), Hobbiton, and Hamilton. It was nice to have an info book, as many places we’ve stayed in NZ didn’t provide that. Also, the water pressure and hot water supply were great and the water tasted very good.
We knew there was no WiFi, but didn’t know we wouldn’t get cell service either. As visitors, we really needed it for driving directions and planning purposes. Also, the house really needs a hair dryer. Foreign travelers don’t pack those because they are always available. Most unfortunately, the bed sags toward the center and is not comfortable. And hand towels/trash cans are needed for both bathroom sections.

NZCentral location. 1 hour in any direction, and you were at a major location. 1 hour to rotorua, 1 hour to tauranga, 40 minutes to hamilton, 1 and a half hours to taupo. No noises from the neighbours, nice private area. Felt like home. Awesome views.
Maybe some smaller, skinner pillows for kids would be better. But thats nit picking now.
