We absolutely loved our stay at the Backyard hostel! We extended from two nights to 4. :) The staff was lovely and helpful. Our private room was super clean and nice. We used the shared kitchen with a fridge and the possibility to make tea or coffee, really great! The shared space was clean and pleasant. We used the opportunity to order breakfast and we tried the local cuisine, so good! We also borrowed a scooter for two days. Everything worked perfectly. Thank you very much!

The hostel is brand new. It is very clean and tidy, and the staff is lovely. they also help you arrange tours, bike rentals etc. The location is alsı good, lot’s of cafes and restaurants nearby. Definetely recommend it

It was a very cozy place and had a good atmosphere. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I would absolutely come back if I were in Yogyakarta again. There communal spaces were good and it was a social place. It had good AC and was clean. We really liked it here!😁

There very no duvets, only blankets. Otherwise it was really nice!

Very nice, clean and quiet place in the backyards. We liked it very much also because host and staff are so nice and friendly. You can also rent motorbikes and do laundry directly there.
