Perfect location all catering walkable -facilities were all you need for a great stay in this lovely town

Very friendly host. It was great we could do laundry and make a coffee in the morning. The shower was also great.

We booked this cozy room for its strategic location in preparation for a hike to Gorroppu Gorge and the Gulf of Orosei Boat trip. Tenants can enjoy a fully equipped shared kitchen and kick back on the terrace with a gorgeous view of the marina. Mario Luigi the owner is very cordial, amicable, and always available to provide assistance, give some tips, or just a friendly chat. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here, not only for the convenience of proximity to the port and ample parking availability but also for the quality of the accommodation itself, featuring highly finished rooms with all amenities.

The A/C is tucked into the doorway directly above the room's entrance. While in September, we had no issue keeping the room cool, its positioning might make it more challenging to do so in the scorching summer heat.

Mario, his family, and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Mario even met us at the bus station to pick us up and bring us to the property. When we left, he checked on us to make sure we were taking the right bus back to Cagliari. The room was on the small side, yet well appointed and comfortable. And the food at the family restaurant, Which is right next door has superb food and an amazing view of the sea. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location, 2 mins to the port also 5 mins to the beach and directly in the sweet small town with restaurants. Amazing host, very helpful and thoughtful! We booked two rooms as a family and since there are altogether three rooms, shared the kitchen with just one other couple. Great outdoor seating and rooftop terrace overlooking the port. We had a great time, will definitely return!
