Villa Umah Seminyak

Excellent location

Fantastic position across the road from Bintang Supermarket. Some very good restaurants close by. Pool is mostly in shade throughout the day but not a bad temperature. Tiles in the living area are extremely slippery if there’s any water on them. One of our party had a fall. The living area is open to outside but a fan is supplied. Good selection of kitchen equipment is clean and available along with cold and hot water from a dispenser. Beds were firm but comfortable. A top sheet would be great, only a thin duvet provided which is a little too warm but the only option if the aircon makes you a bit cool overnight. Communication with the manager was outstanding, all messages answered quickly. Staff were good. Overall a great stay!

Stairs up to the bedroom were very steep after the first landing-like a ladder. Also, no curtain on the upper bedroom door meant early wake ups for the couple in that room.

Location is great. Stairs to the 2nd bedroom are a killer on the knees. (We are in our late 60’s) Pool was lovely and cool.

Well situated and lovely comfort label beds.

Can be quite noisy at night due to being on the main drag.

Villa Umah Seminyak was the perfect place for our stay! The location is fantastic—close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. The villa itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had excellent facilities, making it feel like a true home away from home. The pool was a great spot to relax, and the living spaces were comfortable and well-designed. We especially appreciated the attentive service and how easy everything was from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and conveniently located stay in Seminyak!

Very convenient

We had the most incredible stay! The villa's location is fantastic, right next to the Bintang store, making it easy to grab anything we needed, and Mister Koko was the kindest host we encountered during our trip—he went above and beyond, even taking us to the airport. Upon arrival, the villa was beautifully decorated with flowers to celebrate our honeymoon (we had just eloped in Ubud the weekend before), a thoughtful touch that made our stay feel even more special. We can't recommend this place highly enough!
